We are really pleased with the service. So far, dad has never complained about any of the carers who visit him. I know that in the begining dad was very sceptical and not so sure about the idea of being helped with his personal care. However, thanks to your respectful and friendly carers, he soon felt comfortable around them and has since built some good professional relationships with each of them.
