How to Set up a Care Package with NHP

To set up a service package with us, you simply contact us via our website or main telephone line. During that initial contact, a member of our team will take brief details about your needs and set up a home visit appointment for an Initial Assessment.

During this visit, we advise that your main carer, friend and/or advocate be present to enable us to gain a complete understanding of your overall needs and how best we can meet them. We will also undertake a risk assessment and discuss with you our charge rates and Terms & Conditions for service.Once we have agreed your care package, we identify a suitably qualified and experience caregiver among our staff and arrange an introduction meeting before they start supporting you. From then on, we carry out periodic care reviews to ensure that we continue to meet your needs
