To work at Newday Healthcare as a carer to me, is like finding an extended family which supports me with issues even outside my work area. Being young and so far away from home, I have found some good friends among my fellow carers and I have learnt a lot from different cultures and ethnic backgrounds of my fellow workers. I quite like that Newday has such a diverse staff and we are like one big family
